Troubleshooting
If you have trouble accessing the course content, please follow the steps below:
On the homepage, please click on the Login link in the top right corner of the menu bar.
After clicking on the login link, the Login Popup form will show, where you will input your credentials.
After login you will be taken to your Profile, where you will see the list of the Courses that you are registered in.
To access Sessions, click on the downward facing arrow icon to the left of the Course you are registered in. You will see the Session(s) of the Course displayed like this:
Simply click on the Session that you want to take.
How to Download Session Videos
Scroll down on the Session page until you see the Download button and click on it.
After clicking on the button, a new window will open showing the video thumbnail and a Download button. To download the video, first click on the button. You will see a drop-down menu of options. These options relate to the size and quality of the video file. Please note that the higher quality, the bigger the size of the video file and download time.
